The Power Of A Smile

We shall never know all the good that a simple smile can do. -Mother Teresa

Smiling is so Powerful! when someone is sad help them with a smile, smiling is contagious and a smile could really help someone battling away with sadness and it might even make them crack a smile themselves even if they don’t feel like it, I don’t know what it is but a smile certainly makes you feel better because I bet if you compare your day when you’re smiling to a day when you’re not, 100% it will be the day you are smiling that is far greater because smiling makes everything feel better.

Power of a Smile Poem – by Shakur (2Pac)

The power of a gun can kill, and the power of fire can burn

The power of wind can chill, and the power of mind can learn

The power of anger, can raise inside until it tears you apart

But the power of a smile, especially yours, can heal a frozen heart

In front of the camera I know a lot of people who are scared to smile especially with their teeth, people think they look more attractive with a straight face or a pout but Research has proven that our brains connect in an extremely positive emotional way to a smile and that makes us find others more attractive when they are wearing a smile! so don’t be embarrassed by your smile embrace it because it is unique and special.

definition of the word smile – form one’s features into a pleased, kind, or amused expression, typically with the corners of the mouth turned up and the front teeth exposed. A smile shows someone a lot of things! One main thing a smile tells people is that you’re trustworthy, think of going out in the street and walking past loads of strangers and I bet some people scare you until they break that smile out which then makes you smile yourself. I am told often that a smile is universal, no matter where you go a smile will tell someone you are kind, caring and happy, in any country on the earth. I work at a holiday resort in the leisure club, so I think it is very important that as soon as they walk through the door I greet them with a smile and a welcome, they always seem to smile back and if not I know I am at least trying to help them have a better day and a better stay at the resort.

A smile is the light in your window that tells others that there is a caring, sharing person inside. –Denis Waitley

I encourage you to smile more often because everyone is facing some sort of battle in their life and you may see a lot of different people in your day and a smile can let them know that someone cares, there is so many lonely people and a smile could just save their life, so this is to tell everyone smile more for it is the most powerful thing we can do without saying anything. SMILE BECAUSE… WHY NOT?
